Import data from WP Database to Ninja Tables

I am being tasked with creating a WP site that has two components which would be much nicer if linked together. We have a data entry page in which our members can enter their contact and demographic information, and we will have a page in which all users can look up their contemporaries in the industry. What would be nice is if I could have the contact list be automatically populated based on a query of the underlying table instead of doing what appears to be a manual import process. The data entry page has been created in Gravity Forms, the contact list in Ninja tables. Can anyone give some general direction or resources to get me started? Your help is greatly appreciated.
