Import customer wishlist autmatically

Hi there,

is there a way to make a cron-job to import a specific wishlist for the customers.
My customers are stored in a database and I assign them specific prodcuts via import to their wishlist.

Is there a way to do this with your plugin?
How are the items on the wishlist assigned to the users?
