import custom items , edit and order

hello,
I just found out by importing the settings on a new wordpress installation
that Custom Editor Items are not taken into account when checking on the new installation.
this means that all Custom Items are not taken into account in the import/export scenario
this import statement is missing in the code

another missing and very important detail,
is the ability to edit Custom Items and organize them in order by drag and drop bars

This will allow us to avoid constantly deleting and redoing the CSS,
because each time we cannot target or find the exact CSS, so we have to test several times and delete several times, not to mention that if we have 10 custom items, it is impossible to edit them or organize them according to our structured order
