Import CSV not working

    Hi there,

    I’m trying to import a CSV file with contacts, I select the file, the progress bar shows 100%, it disappears, and nothing happens/appears on the screen. If I try to go further, it says I need to upload the CSV file first. I tried importing the sample file and, but I got the same result. I tried with Edge and Firefox, and nothing happened.

    Also, when I try to create a single contact, it fails, I checked the browser console and I got this message: Your server firewall blocked the request or it’s a plugin conflict. Please check the detailed error. It’s the same when I try to create a list too. I have disabled all plugins and still I get the same error.

  • Hello Boris,

    There is probably a Rest API issue on your site. Please check with your hosting and make sure all the Rest API methods are enabled. Also, if you have any server side firewalls set then you can try disabling that temporarily and then test again.
