    WP Ticket Pro
    WP Ticket Enterprise

    In the premium editions, you can visually import tickets from other systems. It also processes updates for existing tickets. For example, if you have multiple ticket systems, you can consolidate and provide an integrated view for all tickets in WP Ticket.
