    Hi.

    Is it possible to import a csv file with just only new users? Or must I import the whole users file (old and new) adding the new ones?

    Thanks!

    Yes, in fact, you should only import the new ones to avoid extra work from the server.

    Thanks for your quick answer.

    So that csv file doesn’t overwrite existing users, no? Just add new ones.

    And in the new users csv, I don’t have to put an ID, am I right?

    You should never use user_id until you are really sure.

    And you can update existing users or not. Look at screen, here you have all the options.

    I have problems importing new users.

    I have exported the ones I have in a csv file and then fill up a new file with new users data.

    I try to import then but then this message appears in every row everytime I try:

    “Alguno de los siguientes perfiles no existe: ?? error”

    This is the csv I am trying to import: https://administradores-de-fincas.info/user-export.csv

    Thanks!

    @japerez2021,

    Never share user details here. This is illegal and unsafe.

    If you read the documentation, you will notice that your problem is because you have set a role column filled with bad values.

    Data is not real, but sorry for the inconvenience. I take your comments into account.

    Thanks
