Import CSV "File not found!"

    Hi,

    Please goto wp-content/uploads/ and create folder ipblc_csv and upload index.php (blank file) and then try to import it.

    If it is already there (CSV file int ipblc_csv folder), then most probably you did edit or if it is not there and again you try to import it and dont see it there, then for sure your server is not allowing it.
