Import csv error

Hi Xanu
I try to import differen csv but i have always the same error:

The file test.csv has been uploaded.

Numbers of items in line 1 not correct.
Items Are 5 and should be 11.

The file is comma-delimited and enclosed with double-quotes (“). Encoding is “UTF-8.”
I try all solutions, please can you help me?
