When I manually publish custom posts (using ACF Pro), everything functions correctly and the base URL is appropriately removed as expected. However, I encounter an issue when I import content using the All Import plugin. Although the posts are successfully published, their pages all display a 404 error.

    Hello,

I’m also using this plugin in combination with WPAI and I’ve never experienced this, but ok, I’ve retested it just right now again with newest versions and still… everything works… I’m not able to replicate your issue…

It also makes no sense that imported files should behave differently, because this plugin simply checks for 404 URLs if there is working alternative from selected post types, so in your case it should mean that your imported posts are now working at all?

Maybe try to deactivate all other plugins and switch to some default theme or debug it somehow more, but I’m pretty sure that it has nothing to do with this plugin and problem is somewhere else.

Thank you for your follow up! I agree this does not make sense too, but I realized I omitted a key detail: the pages with the same URLs had previously been deleted. Despite this, I’m unable to get the new posts’ URLs to function correctly. I am thinking that this issue may be related to the database cache not being cleared.

If you have any insights on this, your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for taking the time to look into this.

Hard to say… try to disable all possible cache and import just one post to test this, or try to migrate your website to local computer or use some staging – these things are without any cache too.

It can be also some SEO or Redirect or some other plugin affecting URLs…

I can just say that I’ve tried and I’m not able to replicate your issue… maybe if you can replicate this by yourself on some sandbox where I can access it then, or if you can give me some step-by-step how I can see this… otherwise I’m afraid there is nothing I can do
