import – contacts are invalid

    I’m trying to import 199 contacts in the newsletter.
    I use the import function, select the csv (which is regularly formatted as far as I know, and UTF-8) I select status, list and every time I get the error “198 contact(s) are invalid.”

    I’m not able to isolate this, can you help please?

    We do support csv file with UTF-8 encoding. Can you share the sample csv with us through some link (eg. Drive) if possible. You can also mention about this on our support. Once we sent an acknowledgement, you can attach the file in the reply.

    Sorry I sent you everything, but I forgot to mention this thread

    Closing this ticket as the issue is resolved.
    ( Cause: Headers were missing in the csv file eg. First Name, Email )
