    When trying to import the FAQ csv file, the import button is grey and won’t let me import the file. I exported it from the current site and want to import to a new site I am creating. What am I missing here?

    In this new site: are you using the free or paid version of Ultimate FAQ?

    Using the free one. Don’t know if the current site is free or paid. I emailed you via your contact email to find out. The current site was managed by my client’s partner who sadly passed away last month. So, my client doesn’t know much about the site, its features, or functions.

    PS Would like to know what features are part of premium version that are not part of the free one.

    I just saw what in the premium. And since the new site is using the free version, I will need the product key in order to import. If my client has the premium, please email me the product key. I saw that my client and you are communicating now. I await the product key. Thanks.
