import block not clickable

Hi,
The button ‘import block’ and import section, is not clickable.

I can import an entire new site from Dashboard/appearance/Starter templates.

But when in Elementor, and i click on the ‘starter templates’ icon, and choose a ‘page’ or block, the import button is not clickable.

Astra pro, starter templates, astra widgets, all activated.
deactivated other plugins, php 7.4,

But i can’t download pages or blocks?
