    Currently you cannot set the role inside the CSV, you can choose only a role for every user each time you upload it.

    We can do this develop if you need it and you support us.

    There is no new message in this thread, so I would close it, if you need something more tell me.

    This would be a pretty useful option to me personally. I know Import Users from CSV plugin lets users specify a role on import, but that plugin isn’t nearly as feature-rich otherwise.

    If you don’t mind my suggesting, keep the drop-down control to assign a role to the imported csv, BUT if “role” exists in the csv, allow it to be used instead.

    That’s a good idea, but yes, we are a very busy bussiness about WordPress and this new functionality would need some kind of support.
