Import and Export Img alt text and descriptions

I’m using wordpress for my website and I’m a photographer and graphic designer so 95% of my content right now is alt text and descriptions. Is there a way to import/export this data?

I ask because I have someone working to fix some issues on the dev site and inadvertently quite a bit of alt-text and descriptions to the live site. I don’t want to lose that when the dev site is swapped over.

Open to any and all suggestions. The plug-ins I’ve found seemed to focus on woocommerce images or blog posts.
