    Hi,

I’d like to import existing users to be newsletter subscribers via ‘Import already registered users’ option in WP Users Integration plugin. There are 90k+ users. But only 60K+ were imported before 504 gateway timeout Nginx error appeared. I tried increasing the default timeout value and that didn’t work and it was not a network/browser issue. Any idea? Thanks.

Yes, we know there could be timeout problems… we need to redesign the importer to be a background process.

    Hi Stefano,

Thanks for the info. Any update on this issue? My user list is getting bigger and I don’t really don’t want to look an alternative solution.

    Best regards,

Hi, if you use our free wp users integration you don’t need to import them over and over, every new registration is automatically added.

    Hi Stefano,

What about the previously existing wp registered users? They are the ones I experience issue to fully import them over.

The only workaround is to export their email address and import them in batch. Then run the “alignment” from the wp users integration which is a quick database level update.
