  • Hi Waltteri,

It is necessary to sign into Timely Network and wait a few minutes (sometimes hours).

    Thanks,
    Ben

As I said, I’ve created the account and waited for days now. ??

No events are imported from the feed URL.

Side note: @tannermirabel when you don’t see your reply then it probably hit the spam queue. Replying 4 more times and then creating a 5 reply via a new topic makes it worse.

@bsokic Do you have a support site for your plugin? Supporting account problems on your site is not for these forums and should be handled elsewhere.

If you can provide the URL for that then that would be great.

    Oh, sorry for that. ??

    Hi Jan,

No, currently we do not have a support site for the plugin, but thanks for the information.

    Thanks,
    Ben

Do you know what could be wrong with the import?

I can download a ics-file from the feed and it seems ok to me.

    I have the same problem…

On a big live site. I refreshed the feed and now it won′t show events at all. Before that, the calendar would show events that were created about 3 weeks ago. Now there are no events at all, every refresh/import says “0 events imported”. Tested the feed on my outlook calendar and it works just fine.

It′s not xxx.ics feed, but a URL with a query (from iServ) that worked just fine before and no changes were made to the server and website.

    Hi Waltteri,

Please install “Advanced Cron Manager” plugin and check what processes are scheduled(Dashboard > Tools > Cron Manager). The task that updates the feeds in Ai1ec is called ai1ec_cron. Check what time Advanced Cron Manager says it will run it.

Hi, Ben and thanks for the reply.

The ACM says ai1ec_cron runs hourly and the next execution currently is in 37 minutes at 24.08.2016 15:43:07.

    Hi Waltteri,

Please let me know if you manage to import events.
