Import a ban ip list

    Is there a way to import a ban ip list, specifically the entire tor exit node list from here, https://www.dan.me.uk/torlist/?exit

    In the last few days I have been getting hammered from the tor exit node list going to my affiliate login page and trying to create fake accounts.
