Import – 99% but incomplete

    Hello,

    I′m importing my website, uploaded it successful but now It shows Restoring 18085 files… and 99% complete, but It is 6 hours and nothing happens. Please, can you help me?

  • Hi Kitchak

    If your migration appears to be getting stuck on the “Restoring Database” function, please try this:

    1) Please leave it to run for 15 minutes.
    2) After 15 minutes, open another browser tab or window and try to log in to the wp-admin of your site, using the username and password of the exported site.
    3) Go to settings -> Permalinks and save the permalink structure.

    Your website should now be successfully migrated. If not, please email us at support at servmask.com

    freeze in 99% for 50 minutes, i cant accces to wp-admin i have error 500
