Thank you for the update, I seen it when you posted and I didn’t want to reply until everything was done and leave a good review. But, I have been trying to import our tickets (403 of them) over ALL day and it was just stops or times out and when go look at the tickets only has 32 of them every time. I even turned on Maint mode and left the page on the loading for 2 hours and nothing… still only 32 ticket moved over.

So I thought it was the PHP timeout so bumped that up to 20 minutes, and same thing. I made support ticket hours ago I am just waiting on that I guess. Also we have not move over our key yet, not sure if not having the correct Add-Ons install is stopping it from working, but I did ask that question my support it.

@damelco what I had to was put our website in Maint Mode, uninstall ALL plugins except WP Support, SupportCandy, and Import plugin. Once I did that the Import ran fine and only took a few minutes.

@rallinspired thanks … that did help a bit … it now makes it to about 75% and stalls at Importing email notifications…

okay … correction
the first report is the result with the WP Support Plus plugin de-activated
this report is the result with the WP Support Plus plugin activated

enabling or disabling the other plugin on this WordPress installation had no effect.

so it seems something still needs some further development.
