You could use the import feature, but it seems to me that you would want this import to happen automatically in the background on a regular basis, which is something that WP-Lister is not able (nor designed) to do. You can remove all imported listings from WP-Lister which would “disconnect” the imported WooCommerce products from Amazon – but you’d have to do that after every import so it’s quite some effort to do on a regular basis.
An alternative option to make sure WP-Lister doesn’t push any changes to Amazon would be to set the Update Interval option to “manually”, but I’m not actually recommending/suggesting to do that. Essentially, what you want to do, isn’t what WP-Lister is meant/designed to do and you should look for another solution capable of importing any changes from Amazon automatically instead. WP-Lister is meant for users who want to manage their products from within WordPress and push changes to Amazon/eBay – not the other way round.
