Implementing with Forums

I have added forums to my website. At the bottom of each post, I’d like to have a link to the forum for the category that the post is in. I added a forum_id field to the category database, but how can I have it so that a link is, for example:
https://forum.shanest.com/index.php?action=vtopic&forum=forum_id
I know how to do this normally with a mysql array, but what’s the easiest way to do this in WP?

Yep, found that out from more than one person. I’m changing the name with my new template though.
Back to the topic though.

The easiest way would probably be to manually add the link to every post.
