    Hi,

I contacted the Custom Review for Woocommerce plugin support for this question, but to no avail. I tried testing different default wordpress themes (2019, 2020, 2021) and the problem subsides. I succeeded in implementing the plugin’s shortcode in the elementor star widget on my single product page, but I can’t see the area where the user can post a review (it used to appear at the bottom of the single product page). To my understanding this functionality depends on the woocommerce plugin itself.

I also would like to have the reviews appear under each product on the shop page, but even though this is configured under appearance > customize > woocommerce > archives , no reviews are appearing. When I inspect I do see and

    • for the star rating but it is empty.

I would appreciate your insight on this problem

I can provide temporary access if needed.

      Thanks a lot

We’re sorry you were unable to get the support you need.

However, that plugin is a 3rd party plugin not made by us. As such, our support scope does not cover it. It’s best to reach out to the developer to assist in this case.

We’ve not seen any activity on this thread for a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
