Implementing Plugin with existing customers

  • Hello,

    what do you recommend I do if I already have “members” that have already paid before the site was built and I want them to now create an account so they can have access to the pages? How do I have them create a membership for the site, and we know when they are due for renewal?

    Hi, in this case your best option is to manually create the account for all your members that have already paid as per your explanation above.
