Implementing comment's behaviour to a form

  • Hello!

    Just as the title says, I’m trying to figure out how to implement the comment’s behaviour to a contact form.
    To be more precise, when a person writes a comment, it needs to be moderated by an admin first. From the dashboard, the admin can allow or deny the posting of the data inserted in that form on a certain page of the website.

    I want to use a form because I want to use a bunch of drop-downs among some other input fields.
    I also need to mention that I entend to use the Comments as they are, so I can’t modify their function and replace the form(I don’t actually know if it is even possible).
