Implementation of schema types?

    We want to use this plugin for people to review web hosting services, which might be categorized as online services, products or websites. What is the ideal schema type to use in this case? Local Business (default) seems not to ideally represent the category. Is it better to use a custom schema type such as Reviews or AggregateRating?

    Maybe adding more categories for different schema types would help out here.
