Immoral cancellation procedure

  • The cancellation procedure is immoral, the ‘confirmation’ of cancellation button (why confirm?!) is hidden below the fold underneath a bunch of promotions. They need to question their morality as this is carefully designed to prevent cancellation going through. I wouldn’t touch this overpriced and snake organisation again because of this and nor should you.

    When we were coming up with this process, we made sure to tailor it to the best interest of our customers. All the options that are visible below the fold and meant to ensure that we educate customers about the repercussions of a canceled license and the available options. If it helps to clarify the cancellation button is still available on the page and our intention was not hinder cancellation in any way.
