I have web dorado form maker and it simply does not work. I have emailed support three times now to no avail. Still no reply back after a week later almost.

Long story short: i have a form made for users to enter numbers, names, positions, height and weight. They are required to enter an email address on the form prior to clicking submit. After clicking submit, the form is supposed to send me an email with the results and send the user an email saying we received their form and thanking them for their time.

Reality: users can submit the form without the need for the required field to be filled. I do not get any email after the form was filled and the end usr gets no email after the form is submitted. What gives and how can this be resolved? Any ideas??

If you bought the plugin from them, then I’m sorry but customers are not for these forums and you’ll need to get help from them directly.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.

    Hi,

@jdembowski please, note that the sending email functionality is not the pro feature this is available for the free users too.

@trauma717 Please, be informed that maybe because of the technical issues either we or you have not received the emails.

Could you please, resend us the email by using the following email address: [email protected].

In the case you use the free version of the plugin, please, note this might be a problem related to the hosting configurations of your website. Please install WP SMTP plugin and go to Settings > WP SMTP page. Scroll down to the bottom and send a test mail to your email address.
If the test email will be sent, then the issue is triggered by Form Maker plugin, and we will need to have a closer look.
But in case the test mail fails, the problem is on the server of your website. Please contact your hosting provider in this case, and ask them to enable mail functions on your site.
We will provide the solution to the issue at a possible shortest timeframe.

    Thanks. Have a nice day.
