    After updating to WP 5.5, one of my sites would no longer load the homepage slider. It appeared like it was continuously loading, but never did. Found out about this plugin, installed it, and the slider issue was fixed! Hope most theme and plugin developers make the necessary updates prior to the next WP version release.
