I see “jQuery is not defined” errors on the browser console, so can you re-add js/jquery/jquery.js to the comma-separated JS optimization exclusion list for starters Marius?

There is already there..

Exclude scripts from Autoptimize: wp-includes/js/dist/, wp-includes/js/tinymce/, js/jquery/jquery.js/, ai.min.js

I added ai.min.js for ShortPixel plugin but now it is disabled..

Till now i was working with Autoptimize and W3T also. I disabled W3T and seems to be ok now. Maybe that caused “jQuery is not defined” ?

re W3TC: you have to make sure it does not also do JS/ CSS optimization to avoid conflicts and you have to clear the W3TC page cache when making changes to the AO configuration, but that’s about it really.
