    Hello,

I input some <img src= code into an Editor widget on my site, but the images don’t seem to be visible on the page (or I get a black line). I think the code is correct because when I preview the page before publishing, the photos show up there. I also can randomly see a single photo on that page in the mobile version. I’ve tried to deactivate a few anti-malware/tracking plugins to see if that was the issue and I’ve switched around my browsers, but still can’t figure it out.

Would this be some compatibility issue with a plugin or my theme? Or could this be a cache issue? Maybe something to do with the external site I’m using the images from? Any ideas for resolve are welcome. Thanks for the help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Are you using the Gutenberg Editor. Have you tried adding them onto a new line so they’re not altogether?

Thanks for your reply. I’m using the SiteOrigin builder with the classic TinyMCE editor for a photo pair and the custom HTML widget for another set of photos. So don’t think it’s the editor that’s the issue.

I am linking to both the image link and the website link. As I said before, I can see the image on my “preview” page before publishing the post, so I think it’s correct:

Wow funny enough I can see the photo here, so must be correct haha.

Let me know if you have any ideas on what you might think is blocking the image. Thanks again!

looks like it’s a javascript issue.
