Img placeholders, `img.flexi-fit_cover`are displayed after image is deleted

    Hi there, when posts are deleted eg. for moderation by admin, placeholders, img.flexi-fit_cover is still visible in the gallery.

    Is it possible to delete these placeholders as well, when posts are deleted by admin?
