Latest versions: WordPress 5.3.2, Woocommerce 3.9.1, UniCPO 4.6.13, Theme DIVI, most other non-essential plugins deactivated. Simple T-Shirt application.

I’m having several issues displaying imagify image layers. I added a new product with price and catalog image. I set general options including Imagify option on. For the product options, Layer 1 is the t-shirt colour and layer 2 is the design — words overlayed onto the t-shirt image. Example: layer 1 is White or Black with appropriate t-shirt image, and layer 2 are phrases (e.g. “Something” or “Something Else”). Options are sync’d. I’ve verified these issues in both Safari and Chrome, so it’s not a browser issue.

Problem 1: In both the Style and Suboptions screens, “colour” is set properly but displayed as red. That is, every “color” box is red and does not display the set/selected color.

Problem 2: In suboptions, the colour popup shows the colour selection screen but, unlike the Style’s color popup selector, there is no way to enter the actual #123456 RGB color code. I want to set exact colors for the shirts we sell, not approximations.

Problem 3: When using the classic radio selector — if you click on the radio button, it looks like it’s doing something, but the image doesn’t change. If you click on the text, the image changes. I can hide the radio button itself, but then there’s no visual way to highlight the selected option. The radio button needs to be tied to the text selection. I’ve never seen them disconnected like this.

Problem 4: When using the text radio selector, either square or circle, the image doesn’t change at all.

The “Colour” radio selector works correctly.

Any help in resolving this issues would be appreciated. Your plugin would replace a number of plugins that I’ve been using, plus it doesn’t seem to conflict with the design plugin I want to use. Kudos, but please let me know what i can do about these issues.

    Hi,

First of all, please, switch to Storefront, try to configure and let me check then. See, Divi is famous for its attempt to change everything, especially html structure of some important pages. Of course, if your theme – Divi or not – uses the standard WC markup, then there will not be any problem. Should not be any. But in case of custom html structure, I simply cannot fix it. It is a kind of customisation to make things work in custom HTML, with custom JS scripts.

Quick response, thanks. Switching to Storefront cured the color problems (1) and (2).

However, the classic radio button selection (3) and non-functioning text radio selector (4) are still issues, as described above.

I verified that there were no residual DIVI modifications to the product by (1) creating a new product from scratch and testing with that, and then (2) creating a fresh WordPress/Woocommerce install and testing with that (no plugins other than the stock Woocommerce plugins) — no luck.

Have you been able to resolve the two outstanding issues in my previous response?

I’ve encountered several additional issues, one related to overall implementation and one to Imagify.

    1) When changing prices in a saved module, only the product changed reflects the change. Other products stay as they were. For example, I charged $2.80 for XL women’s shirts, but changed it to $2.00. Only the one product changed, even though other products were synced. I have to unsync and resync to see the correct pricing. If I’m doing something out of order, I’d like to know the correct way to make this type of change — if I had 100s or 1000s of product, this would be highly obnoxious.

    2) The Imagify issue — I wanted to show an Imagify module for men’s colors and another Imagify module for women’s colors, triggered by an initial module where the customer would select style (men’s or women’s). I used “conditional logic” to set up the rule, and both color modules were otherwise set up correctly. When “men” or “women” was selected, the appropriate module was displayed and the other module was hidden. However, when I selected any color from the visible module, the plugin would display images from both modules overlayed.

As a result, I have to split out the product into two products, which I’d rather not do.

Thanks for address all four of these issues in your response.

    Hi,

    1) The reason for that is the builder content of other products is not getting updated, but records in DB are. So, your new price should apply when you add to the cart from another product. But when you go to the builder mode of another product you still see the old data.

    2) please, write to [email protected] and include your site URL

I was able to duplicate all of these issues on your demo site, and contacted your support person as you suggested. So far, no acknowledgement of the issues or of any potential solutions.

    Sorry for the delay.

I have checked that functionality. Seems there is some bug with it. We will fix it in new version of the plugin.
