Imagick PHP NOT found

I added a command on php.ini to activate imagick, however, it still disables on my site, and the server setting is PHP 5.6.21 fast CGI (stable), hosted by Media Temple.

I have also tried to upgrade to the latest PHP 7.3.11 but the problem still.

I hope you can advise me on how to enable the module on my site.
