Under the DG settings I”m seeing the following: Your server is not configured to run Imagick.

I asked our hosting provider to get our server set up and configured with this, and they say that they have, yet the message is still there. Wondering if there is anything further that needs to be done to get it to work.

    Hi jkester,

Can you confirm with your hosting provider to confirm that they have the IMagick PHP plugin (https://php.net/manual/en/book.imagick.php) configured for the PHP that your site is running? Document Gallery requires more than just having ImageMagick installed.

(If the above doesn’t make sense to you, you can simply copy and paste it in a message to your hosting provider. They should know what it means and be able to provide an answer.)

Passed this info along to our hosting provider, and it’s working now. Thanks!
