Images won’t upload after changing theme

    A few days ago I experimented with changing the theme of my blog, didn’t like the results and went back to my original one (GreyIdea 1.1).
    Now the “Add Media” function doesn’t work. I’m assuming that this is related to my changing the theme in some way, otherwise it’s a great coincidence.
    When I want to add an image the appropriate window opens but the “Choose Files to Upload” and the alternative “Insert into Post” buttons don’t operate.
    Any advice greatfully accepted.

    I’ve now solved the problem by upgrading to WordPress 2.6.
    This doesn’t let me know what caused the problem in the first place, so anyone who knows – please feel free to share your knowledge!
