Images won't show up on Bloglovin

I have my blog on Bloglovin: https://www.bloglovin.com/blog/4538585
Image won’t show up on my bloglovin and I try to use Featured Images in RSS w/ Size and Position introduction.
I loaded Version 1.3.6 and folder came, but there’s no zip file or upload button. Only two files: featured_images_in_rss.php and readme.txt. So I add the featured text for my CSS, and only 3 images came for bloglovin. But how can I get rest of images?
