Images won't show on my posts or on my header/Masthead

Hi… I have been dealing with this for the whole day.I am about to give up.
What happened is that we switched my add on domain to Primary and uploaded all content ( tech from my host did)from a .com to a /blog because I am about to launch my website as a .com.
Now I can’t see images from my posts only and from the header/slideshow/masthead.
One of the thousands people from tech support i had a chat with told me that there was no content on my blog but at the end he was able to restore from a previous upload and I was able to get all my images back in my posts. Until I spoke with the last tech support and I was unhappy with the customer service and as soon as I mentioned that the previous tech was able to help me restore my photos from the post, the photos disappeared again.!!! Do you think she did that? byways, I am trying to make this work. She told me I have files missing etc, I don’t thing she had an idea what is going on. I deactivated all plugins several times but no luck. Any ideas?
