Images wont insert

I’ve tried pretty much everything, including uploading to photo bucket.
I’m entering the code into a wordpad doc which is registering into an open browser window. I get the little photo graphic that one gets whe a photo won’t load. Or a red circle with an X, and the “alt” name next to it. I’ve tried the entire url with a “/>” on the end.

Nothing.

Any help would be great…
