Images won't display on WordPress 4.2.3

Can you please give us your website link? And what is the exact problem with the images? Are they not displaying on the back-end or the front-end?

Thanks for the link. It looks like the images are being pulled from a different website, which doesn’t exist anymore: https://cynthiapolansky.com. That’s why they’re not showing on your website. Did you recently switch to a new domain name, from cynthiapolansky.com to cynthiapgallagher.com?

What happened is that cynthiapgallagher.com used to point to cynthiapolansky.com. I no longer own cynthiapolansky.com, so my hosting service made cynthiapgallagher.com the primary name pointing to my website. So do I have to reinstall all the images? If so, I don’t know how!

Have both sites been hosted by the same service? If so, you should get in touch with them to see if the images can be moved over. If this can be done, the images may need to be relinked in the new website – the hosting service may be able to do this, or you can find a WordPress consultant to help.

Looks like HostGator took care of the problem for me. They are wonderful! Thank you, Tessa, for your help. I greatly appreciate your efforts.
