I am using the Avada theme. I have inserted an image element, including an image with alt text.

Yoast informs me that I do not have alt text for my images. If I insert the same image directly in the text element of Avada, Yoast tells me I DO have an image with alt text.

Is this intentional function? Will my images still work on Google if I leave them in the original image element?

    Thanks very much!

Can you please confirm what Avada page builder module are you using to add the image and alt attribute that Yoast SEO is unable to detect correctly?

Thank you for the quick response!

I am using the ‘Image’ module. I have entered alt text within this module, along with the image. When I select the image from the Media Library, it already has alt text.

    Thank you.
