Images with Swedish letters in the filename…

    When I upload images that got letters in the filename like “?”,”?” and “?” they doesn’t get replaced anymore.

    They used to get replaced in older version of wordpress.
    Why was this changed? These letters isn’t standard for use in filenames on the Internet.
