Images uploading but coming up as a blue question mark

  • I am new to wordpress and ever since I have started using it I have had one problem after the other. The current issue I am having is the images I upload are loading but viewing as a Question mark on the site.

    Also the path is coming up as /wp/events/#!prettyPhoto. I also get this error message – Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exist.

    I have checked the path when i upload and it is correct but for some reason when it goes on the site the path changes.

    Could anyone help me?
