Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. At this time there is no CoBlocks mechanism to alter the display of the images in the Carousel block. We are interested in expanding the display options of the Carousel block however and have created an enhancement request on the CoBlocks GitHub here: https://github.com/godaddy-wordpress/coblocks/issues/944. Please feel free to follow along, comment, or contribute as you like.
Ultimately we would want controls that allow a user to show single images uncropped. This is a feature that we are still working on but your request helps to show our developers that people need these features. Thank you for your time.
