Images thumbs not loading once uploaded

  • Hi there I am currently have problem with uploading image to an existing gallery. Ever time I go to add new images to the gallery. they upload fine but then will not make a thumbnail for the images.

    so I end up with a blank square on my gallery when it is displayed. I then go and try and edit the thumbnail and get a error. here is what I get

    I also get and error that said Error: Exceed Memory limit. Rec

    can you please help i have not idea how to fix this

    @starfishmanpl – “Exceed Memory Limit” issues are generally resolved by increasing the value set for PHP Memory Limit, we suggest 128 but prefer 256 or higher.

    Try getting at least that item changes (see Gallery > Overview for what your server currently has set) and then try again.
