A couple of weeks ago, I started the process of completely revamping our site. I first performed a Clone of the existing site at a staging location. Then I proceeded to change Themes from an outdated no longer supported theme to Porto. I was able to get everything to look the way I wanted it to. Until, I imported the Orders from the still Live outdated site. At this point, all the images on the Product Archive page, stopped showing. Naturally, I didn’t notice that, until I cloned the staging site to the Live site. Part of my trouble shooting strategy, was to verify that there were no plugin conflicts. All check out there. It was only when I “trashed” all the Imported Shop orders, that the images immediately re-appeared and showed properly. After several import attempts, all causing the images to stop displaying, that I decided to manually re-create each order. This worked for the first 15 or so orders, then the images stopped showing again. Until I deleted everything up to a certain date, in this case Feb 15. Even, when a new order is placed by a customer, it immediately causes the images to stop displaying on the product archive page (our Shop page). I then created several new Shop pages using Elementor, Beaver Builder, and or WPBakery, and even using an Imported shop page from Porto. The product Archive page shows properly, except when you access a Product Category, then the WC Product Category page shows all the products, again, without images. I fully expected WC to use the new Shop page as its template for displaying the images. Obviously, this is not the case. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Any Help would be appreciated.

Yes, I have re-created the Shop page several times. Over wrote WC and the Theme with the latest versions.

    Still no joy.

    Hi @eaglerose!

I have checked your staging site, and I am getting an error when accessing a random category page, it says:

DevTools failed to load source-map: Could not load content for https://staging.instructormusic.com/wp-content/plugins/mp3-music-player-by-sonaar/public/js/iron-audioplayer/moment.min.js.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_HTTP_RESPONSE_CODE_FAILURE

It seems not related to WooCommerce, however, when something is not working properly, even if it’s not related, your site may load but it’s could not look or behave as expected.

I’d recommend checking out with the Plugin developer for that error. Also, disabling the plugin or fixing it, we may need to clear up your site’s cache.

You can do it by purging them all if you use a caching plugin, and also, I’d recommend checking out with your hosting for any caching system on their side too.

If you’re not seeing this error anymore and are still having issues with that, reach out to us again, with a copy of your System Status Report.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We’ll be happy to take a closer look at it again! All the best!

Deactivating the Sonaar plugin solved the issue. All the images shows as expected.
I have reached out to the developer, awaiting a fix for the problem.

Thank you so much for finding that problem.

    That sounds like good news,

I’ll mark this thread as resolved now. If you have any further questions, I recommend creating a new thread.

    Thank you!
