images slow to load

A number of links are still linked to what I assume is your staging site.
https://127.0.0.1/wordpresscrm/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/study-footer.jpg

You can do a search and replace to replace them or do it manually, but that would be a great start!

https://tools.pingdom.com/ is a great tool to see a waterfall of how your site is loading. It’s how I found the band image links.

Thanks for the reply but i can my images need to reloaded everywhere.
When I exported wordpress files, the images wouldnt copy over as well and so it references images with 127.0.0.1

My issue is how to export wordpress files from my localhost to the host server . The wordpress importer failed with importing images

It might be a good idea to use the Duplicator plugin. It is what I use for all my sites.
The plugin creates an installer and zip file and when installing/deploying will resolve all your links.
