Images skipped (not Oflloaded)

  • Hi, plugin is connected but no images is automatically offloaded. When i press the button in media libriry i receive this message:

    {“success”:false,”errors”:[{“code”:7003,”message”:”Could not route to \/accounts\/\/images\/v1, perhaps your object identifier is invalid?”},{“code”:7000,”message”:”No route for that URI”}],”messages”:[],”result”:null}

    I use the bulk uploader, the process run all images but in cloudflare images panel there are not this images. Could you help me please? I appreciate much!

  • same issue, automatically offloaded not working. when i click “upload” button it show there has no images to upload. But in website have 3000+ images. How can i solve this?

    Hi @fabiopinna,

    Do you have Cloudflare Images activated on your Cloudflare account?

    @anirban0184 , if you’re getting the same error as @fabiopinna – please make sure you have Cloudflare Images enabled on your Cloudflare account

    My clouldflare images enabled. But when i want to bulk upload there shows no images. But I have many images to upload in cloudflare.

    Ok, @vanyukov i fixed by setting the wp-config. Now the problem is that the bulk upload images don’t work. The plugin does not find any new image because i used this option before. Note that the plugin has not really uploaded my library, i checked this on cloudflare images dashboard. What can i do to reset the plugin data and reinitialize the scan of media? I tried “bulk remove” of course, several time but it delete only the images that i have offloaded manually from library (automatically are not recognized). Thanks for your support!

    @fabiopinna, @anirban0184, do you have Rank Math installed?

    By default, an image will be considered as <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>not</span> offloaded, if both _cloudflare_image_id and _cloudflare_image_skip image meta do no exist. I think the easy way of checking, is taking any image from the media library, get the image ID, open up phpMyAdmin, select the wp_postmeta table and find all the meta values for post_id = image ID. There should not be any of those two meta keys in the results.
