I tried to change file permission of my wp-content/uploads due to image upload issue but found that it’s not fixing the issue so I revert all the changes back to normal. But the main issue started when I revert all changes back to normal. All my images in media library are showing unattached and my homepage images are all gone. Is there any solution to this problem?

What did you change the permissions back to? What is the URL of the affected site?

I changed permission for uploads folder to 755 but this didn’t solve my problem so i revert i back to 744 which is default. Url for my website is coucoufood.com

Yeah, would you please set them back to 755 now and give us a link to the home page where the images aren’t working?

It’s working fine on 755 now, url is https://www.coucoufood.com

Ah, perfect! Those are the recommended permissions anyway for directories. 744 won’t give you any additional practical security protection. ??
