Image show on PC but not on Mac

I’ve gone through all the Atahualpa theme options but can’t find the source of the problem. I confess to being a complete beginner at this. Any help or advice will be most gratefully received.

Hello Mike,

I viewed your site with Safari, Firefox, Opera, and even the RSS reader. I see a blue “Glorious” banner with a cloud on the right.

If you can’t see that, you need to clear the cache in your browser:

1) First navigate to a different site.
2) Safari: Choose Safari > Empty Cache, and then click Empty
or
Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data > Cache.
3) Return to your site and check again.

I am having the reverse problem. I added a jpg image to my header and can see it fine in Safari and Firefox on my Mac, but it doesn’t show up on my PCs. My blog is at https://www.ph413.com. I edited the themes/simplex/css/default.css file. I placed the image in the themes/simplex/images folder. I didn’t edit the header.php file. I didn’t think I should have to. Any ideas? Here is the code;
