Images shivers when each media load.

It’s ONLY happening when I upload an image and edit it right away. Once it’s uploaded and I insert it and go back, or try to add it to another post, everything’s fine. Which is WEIRD. o.O

It happens for me on both visual and text editors rather reliably.
